Our Ordering Policies
As a small business owner, I do love to make ALL of our customers happy….
However, as a very small operation with a staff of only ten people, we do have to put certain policies in place in regards to pre- ordering breakfast, lunch, or baked goods.
PHONE ORDERS: Breakfast & Lunch (both served all day!)
Phone orders are always welcome to be placed. However, please be advised, that should you call to place an order and get put on hold for more than one minute, it may be best to simply come to the cafe and place your order in person with one of my awesome team members.
PRE-ORDERING BAKED GOODS
(donuts, cupcakes, muffins, scones, cookies)
All of our baked goods are made in house, by hand, from scratch, each day. With a small staff of bakers and myself, I do need to enforce a ONE WEEK notice policy for all pre-orders for baked goods. This includes: donuts, cupcakes, muffins, scones, and cookies.
Should you have a “sweet” emergency, please ask to speak with me directly. I am happy to communicate directly with you to see if there is anything that I can do in order to fulfill your request.
**All orders must be placed over the phone with a member of our staff.
(Please do not leave voicemails for any order request)
Orders may be requested via email, however this does NOT guarantee your request or place your order. You will still need to follow up with a member of our staff**
